1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) using the Luch Render service (hereinafter referred to as the Service).

1.2. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Pulyaev A.V. (OGRNIP 324508100253992).

1.3. By registering in the Service, the User expresses their full consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. Collected Data

2.1. We process the following categories of personal data provided by the User:

• Mobile phone number (for authentication);
• Email address (for sending receipts and important notifications);
• Name and brand data (if specified in the Personal Cabinet).
• Images uploaded by the User to the Service, and text parameters (prompts) — solely for the purpose of generating Renders. These materials must not contain personal data of third parties;

2.2. We automatically collect technical data to ensure the security and operability of the Service:

• IP address and location data;
• Browser and device information (User-Agent);
• Device digital fingerprint (Fingerprint) for fraud protection;
• Cookies and local storage data;
• Traffic source (UTM tags).

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing access to the functionality of the Service (execution of the Offer Agreement);
• Processing payments and sending receipts (in accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ);
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud (detecting multi-accounts, protection against attacks);
• Informing the User about the account status, tariff changes, and new features;
• Analyzing the efficiency of the Service and improving the user experience.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

4.1. The Operator does not distribute personal data to an unlimited circle of persons.

4.2. To fulfill obligations to the User, data may be transferred to the following categories of partners:

• Payment aggregators (YooKassa, Robokassa) — for processing payments and generating receipts;
• SMS mailing services — for authorization and delivery of confirmation codes;
• Web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Mail.Ru) — in an anonymized form to collect traffic statistics;
• Location services (DaData) — in an anonymized form to collect traffic statistics.
• Artificial intelligence technology providers — for the purpose of processing User requests and generating Renders. The User hereby consents to the cross-border transfer of uploaded images and text parameters (prompts) to the servers of the specified providers (including countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, such as the USA). At the same time, the Contractor does not transfer the User's personal data (phone number, e-mail, name) to these providers;

4.3. The specified persons process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards.

5. Cookies

5.1. The site uses Cookies to:

• Save the authorization session (so you don't have to enter the code every time);
• Analyze traffic sources;
• Store user interface settings.

5.2. The User can disable saving Cookies in their browser settings, however, this may lead to the unavailability of some functions of the Service (for example, Authorization).

6. Data Storage and Protection

6.1. Data Localization and Storage: Systematization, accumulation, storage, and clarification (updating, changing) of Users' personal data (profile, contacts, payment history) are carried out strictly on secure servers located in the Russian Federation. Temporary technological processing of uploaded media files and prompts for generation purposes may be performed on the equipment of foreign AI providers in accordance with clause 4.2 of this Policy.

6.2. Images created by the User are accessible only to the User themselves, except for cases of publishing works in the Gallery on the initiative of the Service (according to the Terms of Service).

6.3. Retention period of personal data: until the account is deleted by the User upon written request to the email: hello@luchrender.ru or termination of the Service.

7. User Rights

7.1. The User has the right to:

• Obtain information about the data stored by the Operator;
• Demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of their data if they are incomplete or inaccurate;
• Withdraw consent to data processing.
