Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering on the website LuchRender.ru (hereinafter — the Website) and/or using the Website and associated software products, I, acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, express to IE Pulyaev A.V. (OGRNIP 324508100253992, INN 505012722300, hereinafter — the Operator) my consent to the processing of my personal data under the following conditions:

1. List of Personal Data Allowed for Processing:

• Mobile phone number (for authorization);
• Email address (for sending receipts and letters);
• First name, last name, brand info, website address provided by me in the Cabinet;
• Technical data (IP address, cookies, FingerprintJS device digital fingerprint, OS info, browser type, and UTM source).
• Personal data of third parties or the User that may be contained in uploaded graphic files, drawings, design projects, sketches (including labels, title blocks, specifications) and text queries.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

• Providing access to the Website features and plugins (execution of the Terms of Service);
• Identifying me as a user, preventing fraud, multi-accounting, and abuses;
• Processing payments, invoicing legal entities, and generating receipts;
• Sending me transaction notifications, emails, and service updates.
• Technological processing of graphic materials and text parameters involving neural network models to create Renders at the User's request.

3. List of Allowed Actions with Personal Data:

Processing of my personal data can be carried out with or without automation tools and includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties:

I consent that to achieve the specified purposes, the Operator has the right to transfer my personal data to the following third parties:

• SMS mailing services (Notisend, REDSMS) — for delivering authorization codes;
• Payment systems (YooKassa, Robokassa) — for payments and generating receipts;
• Geolocation and verification services (DaData) — for populating business credentials and country detection;
• Web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica) — in an anonymized form to analyze Website performance.
• Foreign AI technology providers — solely regarding uploaded graphic materials and text parameters (prompts) for generating Renders. I hereby express my consent to the cross-border transfer of specified materials to the servers of AI providers (including countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, such as the USA);

5. Validity and Revocation of Consent:

This consent is valid from the moment of registration until my account is deleted, or until I revoke it.

I can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written application to the Operator email: hello@luchrender.ru. I realize that the revocation of consent makes further use of the Service impossible, in connection with which the Operator stops processing data, deletes the User's account, and blocks access to the Service, unless continued processing is allowed by law.
